
Objective: To develop a flexible template to allow designers to populate multiple guides for a wide range of products. Initially such commercial pages were bespoke in design, lacking navigational and aesthetic consistency.
User research identified the current guides were difficult to find, relevant content to the users lacked links to products, the information was overwhelming - due to poor content navigation.

The generic template design is formed by primary product information divided into a series of questions which act as accordion titles, allowing for 'answers' information to be presented. All relevant information has product segment links.
